This course introduces students to the discipline of archaeology, including its place within the four-field approach to anthropology, research methods (including lab and field methods), consultation with descendant communities, and the analysis and reconstruction of lifeways through material culture. A minimum grade of "C-" is required to count toward major. Offered annually. (Formerly ANTH 302)
