91ÊÓƵ

This course provides non-degree students in the Emergency Licensure Program at 91ÊÓƵ with additional support and direction as they navigate 91ÊÓƵ, licensure courses and DESE licensure. This course is using the Appreciative Advising Model (Bloom, Hutson & He, 2008). The students will build a relationship with their collaborative partner, set new goals, plan their licensure course work, and learn strategies for reading, writing and stress management. Advising will be customized for each student and their individual needs. Advisors will meet with students each week, alternating between required individual and group meetings. Repeatable: may earn a maximum of six credits. Graded on a (P) Pass/(N) No Pass basis. Offered annually.
